Privacy Policy

1. Introduction
Dodge Dojo (Japanese title: 回避独学; the "App") is an iOS game provided by RuLa Gems (the "Developer"). In the App, the front camera follows your head movement, and you dodge punches from a 3D boxer on the screen by moving your head and body. The Developer respects and protects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles.
2. Camera
The App uses the front camera to estimate the position of your head and shoulders during play and calibration. Camera images are analyzed only on your device using Apple's on-device face and body detection (the Vision framework).
- Camera images and video are never saved, recorded, or sent to the Developer or any third party.
- The App does not identify who you are and does not create face recognition data.
- You can turn camera access on or off at any time in the iOS Settings app. Without camera access, the App cannot follow your movement, so the game cannot be played.
3. Information We Store
The App stores the following information only on your device:
- Calibration data (numbers describing your head and shoulder position; not images)
- Game records (scores, dodges, estimated calories, play dates, etc.)
- App settings and progress (selected course, whether you agreed to the safety notes, etc.)
Important: This data is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to any server operated by the Developer (the Developer does not operate one). No account is required, and the App does not collect personal information such as your name, email address, or location.
4. How Information Is Used
Stored information is used solely to:
- Track your head movement and judge whether you dodged a punch
- Record and display your scores, history, and estimated calories
- Preserve your settings and progress
- Provide the App's features
5. Game Center
Game Center is optional. If you are signed in to Game Center, the App sends your game records (for example, your total dodges for the month) to Game Center leaderboards, and your achievement progress to Game Center achievements. This information is handled by Apple, and your Game Center nickname, avatar and records may be visible to other players according to your Game Center settings (such as profile privacy). Your email address and Apple Account details are never shared with other players or the Developer through the App. Apple's handling of this information is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. You can sign out of Game Center or change its settings in the iOS Settings app.
Real-time online matches with another player through Game Center may be added in a future update. In that case, game data needed for the match (such as dodge and score results) would be exchanged through Game Center, but camera images would still never be sent. If this is added, this Privacy Policy will be updated.
6. Analytics, Tracking, and Ads
The App uses no analytics tools, no tracking, and no advertising SDKs. It does not collect advertising identifiers (IDFA) and does not track your behavior.
7. Sharing of Information
The Developer never sells or shares your information with third parties. Apart from what you choose to send to Game Center (Section 5), all data stays on your device.
8. Purchases on the App Store
All purchases and refunds of the "All Courses" in-app purchase (a one-time purchase) are handled by Apple (the App Store). The App does not collect or store payment information such as credit card numbers. You can bring your purchase back with "Restore purchases" in the App. For commercial terms such as pricing, please see the Commercial Transactions Act notice and the App Store product page.
9. Data Retention and Deletion
All data is stored on your device until you uninstall the App or delete it manually. Uninstalling the App deletes the data stored on your device. Scores already sent to Game Center are managed by Apple; please follow Apple's procedures to manage them.
10. Security
The App relies on iOS security features to protect your data, which is stored on your device.
11. Children's Privacy
Because the App does not collect personal information, it does not collect personal information from any user, regardless of age, including children under 13. Children should use the App with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian, including when using Game Center. If you are under 13, please get permission from a parent or guardian before contacting us.
12. Privacy Rights (California / EU / UK)
Because the App stores data only on your device and performs no analytics, tracking, or advertising, there is essentially no personal information that the Developer can disclose, delete, or sell. For any questions, please contact us using the details below.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the GDPR and UK GDPR give you rights over personal data held about you — access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, and portability. Because the App collects, stores, and transmits no personal data to the Developer, the Developer holds no personal data about you, and there is nothing to disclose, correct, or erase. Data in Game Center is held by Apple. If you write to us using the contact details below, we keep what you send us; you can ask us to delete it the same way.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated as needed. Any changes will be reflected on this page, and the "Last updated" date above will be revised.
14. Contact
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy, please contact us by email:
About the information you send us: the Developer receives your message and your email address. It is used only to reply to you and to investigate issues, and is never provided to third parties, except where required by law. To request deletion, please contact us the same way.
