Last updated: June 10, 2026
1. Introduction
SpaceFlight (the "App") is an iOS app provided by RuLa Gems (the "Developer"). The App lets you travel to real celestial bodies in a first-person view. The Developer respects and protects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles.
2. Information We Store
The App stores the following information only on your device:
- Discovery and visit records (discovered bodies, visit timestamps, etc.)
- Achievement / conquest status (badges, etc.)
- App settings (control sensitivity, volume, etc.)
Important: All of this data is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to any external server. No account is required, and the App does not collect personal information such as your name, email address, or location.
3. How Information Is Used
Stored information is used solely to:
- Record and display your discoveries and visits (Codex, Passport, conquest badges)
- Preserve your control and audio settings
- Provide the App's features
4. Analytics, Tracking, and Ads
The App uses no analytics tools, no tracking, and no advertising SDKs. It does not collect advertising identifiers (IDFA) and does not track your behavior.
5. Sharing of Information
The App never shares your information with third parties. All data is stored only on your device.
6. Purchases on the App Store (Cosmic Pass)
All purchases, renewals, and refunds of the "Cosmic Pass" subscription are handled by Apple (the App Store). The App does not collect or store payment information such as credit card numbers. You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions on your device. For commercial terms such as pricing and auto-renewal, please see the Commercial Transactions Act notice.
7. External Services & Astronomical Data
- Contact / error report form (Google Forms): Content you choose to submit reaches the Developer via Google. Google's handling of information is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. Submission is optional; no information is sent unless you use the form.
- Astronomical data: The celestial information shown in the App is based on public data such as the NASA Exoplanet Archive and is unrelated to the collection of your personal information (sources are listed in the App's Credits screen).
8. Data Retention and Deletion
All data is stored on your device until you uninstall the App or delete it manually. Uninstalling the App deletes the data stored on your device.
9. Security
The App relies on iOS security features to protect your data, which is stored on your device.
10. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
11. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
Because the App stores data only on your device and performs no analytics, tracking, or advertising, there is essentially no personal information that the Developer can disclose, delete, or sell. For any questions, please contact us via the form below.

This Privacy Policy may be updated as needed. Any changes will be reflected on this page, and the "Last updated" date above will be revised.
