The App provides core features for free. Additional features are available via the "Cosmic Pass" subscription.
- Cosmic Pass offers monthly and yearly plans and may include a free trial period.

- Feature contents may be added or changed in future updates.

All purchases, auto-renewals, and refunds of Cosmic Pass are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and policies. You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions. For refunds, please contact Apple Support.

You must not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

6. Disclaimer of Warranty
The App is provided "AS IS", without any warranty, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information.
7. Accuracy of Content & Use Restrictions (Important)
The App provides information about space and celestial bodies for educational and entertainment purposes. The astronomical data shown is based on public sources such as the NASA Exoplanet Archive, but may contain errors, estimated values, outdated information, or artistic (stylized) representations. The App distinguishes observed values, estimates, and artistic depictions where possible, but does not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.
You must not rely on the App's information for any purpose requiring accuracy, including academic work, research, exams or qualifications, navigation, safety management, or emergency response. Always verify important information against primary sources (e.g., official NASA materials).
The App does not imply endorsement, certification, or affiliation by NASA or any other organization.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, or from reliance on its information — including exam results or academic disadvantage, business losses, accidents, or any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages — regardless of the cause.
9. Intellectual Property
Intellectual property rights in the App belong to the Developer or the respective rightsholders. Third-party assets used in the App (images, textures, audio, data, etc.) are used under their respective licenses, and sources are shown in the App's Credits screen. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.
10. Changes to These Terms
The Developer may update these Terms as needed. Material changes will be announced on this page, and the "Last updated" date above will be revised. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
